Ingredients :-
White pepper (40%), Salt, Garlic, Onion, Contains Monosodium Glutamate and Yeast Extract as permitted flavor enhancer.
Method :-
- 1 packet of A1 Pepper Spice Soup.
- 1kg of meat (pig maw, cow maw and others) cut to preferred size.
- 1500ml (6 rice bowls) of water.
- 2 pieces of whole garlic. Use medium temperature to cook for 45 minutes.
Attention : A1 Pepper Spice Soup is halal.
