Klang Bakuteh
There is one famous Chinese dish, called Bak kut teh , which translated as “meat bone tea”. Bak kut the is famous among people in South East Asia like Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and other countries. The most famous place to eat bak kut teh in Malaysia is in Klang in the state of Selangor. Klang Bakuteh by Claypot is for you together with friends, relatives or family to enjoy the goodness of bak kut teh, without going to Klang in Malaysia. Bak kut teh contains meat, herbs and spices which are boiled for hours for the soup to taste fantastic. Other ingredients are added into the soup to make it taste even delightful, such as you tiao (strips of fried dough), mushrooms, vegetables and tofu.
Ingredients :-
Angelica Sinensis, Polygonatum Odoratum, Cinnamomum Aromaticum, Lycii Fructus, Piper Nigrum L., Codonopsis Pilosulae, Glycyrrhiza Preparata, Ligustici Wallichii.
To Prepare :
- Put the 2 filter bags (do not open filter bags), meat, garlic, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and salt into boiling water.
- Simmer for at least 1 hour.
