Local Peel Anchovies
Anchovies in Malaysia usually come in dried and salted. They come in either peeled or unpeeled. The peeled anchovy has been taken out the head and inner part of the fish. Peel Anchovies is convenient as you can just cook without the trouble of peeling the anchovies.
Local Anchovies is brownish in colour and texture is firm. Size is from 3cm to 5cm.
